I got a call late the other night from my buddy Mark Koelker. He explained that he and our friend Joe Otremba had an idea to get some shots. Mark talked about a few logs and a large “wall like feature.” I had no real idea about what he was talking about specifically but I had worked with Mark a bunch in the past, mostly riding logs and trees so I knew that we had the possibilities to get some cool shots.
That morning I got a late start and arrived at the rock tombstone a bit after Mark Koelker, Joe Otremba, and Sage Keltner had set up and started sessioning it, but I had my light up in no time and was setting up my shots with the riders.
